Founder, Fractional Chief Marketing Officer
Mark Cipolletti
Mark is the founder of Pinch Hit Partners, a marketing company that provides small and mid-sized companies with executive-level marketing talent using a fractional executive model.
Before starting Pinch Hit Partners, Mark served in senior marketing roles for Allianz Partners, the country's leading provider of travel insurance, and Connexions Loyalty, a major supplier of rewards for large-scale loyalty programs. During his time at Allianz, Mark was responsible for marketing, corporate communications, internal communication, creative services and corporate social responsibility during a period of explosive growth for the German specialty insurer. He was also responsible for several strategic initiatives including two corporate rebrandings and an overhaul of the company's customer experience.

"Mark is a remarkable marketing communications strategist and leader, one of the best I have ever seen."
--- Jon Ansell, former CEO of World Access (now Allianz Partners)
When Mark isn't guiding his client's marketing programs, he's an occasional real estate investor, automobile enthusiast and political junkie. Mark has served as the board president for a local homeless shelter and regularly volunteers for non-profit organizations that help those dealing with hunger and homelessness.
And yes, Mark is a big baseball fan. He's been cheering his entire life for the Cleveland Indians and still reserves Tuesday evenings to play on a recreational softball team.
